The International Stunt School training facility is a licensed vocational school registered in the state of Washington.

Registration for the training is based upon a "first-come, first-served" basis for those individuals who meet the basic qualifications:

• Applicants must be in good physical condition enabling
  them to fulfill a demanding physical training regimen.
• Applicants must submit a $900.00 deposit in conjunction
  with their application.
• Applicants must be a minimum of 20 years of age.

Deposits are refundable upon written request 30 days prior to the first day of training. However, there will be a $450.00 application and administrative fee charged to each requested refund. The total deposit will be forfeited if 30 days notice is not given. Any full deposit can be applied to any future training within a 2 year period. (When a "roll-over" is requested, an applicant cannot later reconsider for a partial refund).

Payment of deposits and remaining school fees can be made via cashiers checks, money orders, travelers checks and credit cards. When paying by credit card... Visa or MasterCard only. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS)

The training session balance ($2600 after deposit) is due the day before the training begins.

The United Stuntmen's Association in conjunction with On Edge Productions, Inc. reserves the right to exclude any applicant who the Association feels is not suitable for such a physically demanding profession. Also, the association reserves the right to cancel any training that does not meet the minimum attendance requirements.

the following information:

Include with your application a recent full body photo
and acting or professional resume if you have one.
(* If you have no resume, enclose a detailed statement referencing your physical skills and aptitudes.)

The Applicant recognizes that the performing of
stunts can be dangerous and accepts the inherent
risks associated with stunt training.
