The International Stunt School training facility is a licensed vocational school registered in the state of Washington.

Registration for the training is based upon a "first-come, first-served" basis for those individuals who meet the basic qualifications:

• Applicants must be in good physical condition enabling
  them to fulfill a demanding physical training regimen.
• Applicants must submit a $1300.00 deposit in conjunction
  with their application via fax, email or post.
• Applicants must be a minimum of 20 years of age.

Deposits and payments are refundable upon written request prior to the first day of training. However, there will be an APPLICATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE (Please initial here:______) charged to each requested refund (see contract in stunt packet). Any full deposit or payment can be applied to any future training to insure automatic enrollment at the current training fee. (Give 30 days notice to accomodate any changes of status as they relate to the training.)

Payment of deposits and remaining school fees can be made via cashiers checks, money orders, travelers checks, cash and credit cards. When paying by credit card... Visa or MasterCard only. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS)

The training session balance ($3000 after deposit) is due prior to July 1st if a credit card is being used.

The United Stuntmen's Association in conjunction with On Edge Productions, Inc. reserves the right to exclude any applicant who the Association feels is not suitable for such a physically demanding profession. Also, the association reserves the right to cancel any training that does not meet the minimum attendance requirements.

the following information:

Include with your application a recent full body photo
and acting or professional resume if you have one.
(*If you have no resume, enclose a detailed statement referencing your physical skills and aptitudes.)

The Applicant recognizes that the performing of
stunts can be dangerous and accepts the inherent
risks associated with stunt training.
